About active on archive section

I have sorry to all if i post in wrong section because i don't know what is right section for my questions:D

I have active this forum from many time ago but i can't download anything from archive section i have tried many time still not done.

I got one error with don't have u permission for download any thing from here. also i can't see any image on attached have.
Please let me know If have any procedure active in this section

Q1. I found this modification and it looks really good. Trouble is, it has been archived. Why is this?

A1. If you have found a modification that shows it has been archived, it was probably due to several reasons:

* A security exploit has been found and has not been fixed by the author (yet).
* The mod author has chosen not to have it downloaded
* The version of vBulletin it is designed for is end of life and no longer supported on vBulletin.org.

You cannot download any of these modifications. Please do NOT PM staff, as they will give you the same kind of answer.

Because the archives are just that: archives and not open for changes anymore.

Everyone knows that an archive cannot be edited, only added to.
If you want that mod for a more recent version of vBulletin, upgrade your vB Version.

That mod you wish to have is for vB 3.0, which is not supported and isn't recommended to be used.
