Can anyone please tell me how I can remove the space between de nav part and the forum part? See attachment.

Style Variable Editor >>>> Header Padding. Set it all to "0".

And any idea how I would remove the space between two posts?
If I change the default 10px padding to 0, then this messes up the entire forum :)
