How do you put pictures on CMS page?

How to use any CMS is not a simple question to answer. Start here:
Welcome to the new CMS. Read me first. (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/content.php?40-Welcome-to-the-new-CMS-Read-me-first) Then look for all the pdf's written by Don.

Be aware that there are bugs in the 401 CMS that will make aligning pictures difficult. Don't obsess.
