I want to close registration on my forum, but I want to edit that message that appears. How do I go about doing this?

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Options -> Turn Your vBulletin On and Off.

The "Reason for Turning Forum Off" box contains the text displayed to persons who attempt to register. You can use standard HTML codes here to adjust font size, color, etc.

Yeah, those are the instructions for turning the whole forum off. I only stated to close registration.

But I figured it out, you just search for appropriate phrase and replace it.
