How to add image on Forum List?

Hello,
how can add a little image on Forum list?
I have a category and i want the the sub-categories of this section have a custom image for each forum.

I use the title field and put in:

<img src="/img/mm/welcome.jpg" border=0 Alt="Welcome to my site">

but remember to limit the path and the Alt discription, field is not really that long...
