Hi Samish -

Make sure you have the correct config.php up there and delete the install directory (the last part is just for security).

If that does not work, then log in via shell and rm -r the directory, then mkdir xxx where xxx is whatever your directory is called, and then upload the upload folder, make sure your config is correct and do not upload the install folder (since you already have a working database I am assuming.)

just re-upload the files via ftp files go into named folders.
For inferno bad ftp by the looks of it

Have you reuploaded your backup files or fresh files? If you have uploaded fresh files disable hooks via config.php

Sounds like you have uploaded a fresh set of vBulletin but have not uploaded the files for the modifications you are using.

Upload all the files for the modifications you are running.
