I played around with banners and even after I deleted that ad, header is still wide

I was trying to put some banner and I wen to

admincp-advertising-add new ad

and tried tried different locations such as header1 header2 below navbar

and deleted the ad

but, my website`s header is still think as if there is still a banner!

how do i fix this problem

my header is very thick, wide, ugly

please help!
