In the admin control panel:

Vbulletin Options > Censorship Options

Then add the URL to the censored word list and save.

thanks, but that replaces letters into asterisk but i want to block users from posting such urls.
Say when anyone try to post censored url, he gets a warning message like : Posting of spam domains not allowed here. Any hack or modification for this?

Couldn't find anything that i want. Checked the Link anonyzer & censor hack of yours & tried too, but it don't prevent user from making the post.
Whereas I am looking for something which do not allow to make a post. Say if i dont want anyone to post www.google.com, anyone doing so get an error message while posting : You are not allowed to post this url, or anything like this.

I have seen it in a certain forums. I hope someone would definitely help me with this.

Not quite the same thing, but have you considered using the Replacement Variables to just change the link to something else? Like, say: "Link Not Allowed."

Check my all posts in this thread & you'll know i tried replacement variables & even Link Anonymizer and Censor hack by Marco van Herwaarden.

Am i not being able to make myself clear?

All i want is a hack / code which dont allow a post to be made if it contains any restricted url.
Let me provide a link of the same query made by another member here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?194768-A-couple-of-censorship-ideas-deny-post-and-set-post-to-moderated).

I don't know of any modification that would block such posts.

Personally i also think it would not be as usefull as people will just edit their post to avoid the censor, for example by using tinyurl or such.

Actually, you never mentioned Replacement Variables. You mentioned Censored Words, which is not the same feature. That's why I brought it up.
