Is Quick Edit = Quick Reply ?

Hi guys, I'm translating a vb 3.8.x plugin into Spanish, specifically Quick Editor Improver.

I'm running into this dilemma: is Quick Edit the same as Quick Reply?.

Example:

$vbphrase[setting_qei_user_quickeditor_settings_desc]When enabled, <strong>Quick Editor Options</strong> item will shown on User Control Panel which allow to their to customize quick editor/reply settings as their wish.

$vbphrase[settinggroup_quickeditor_improver]Quick Editor Improver

They are all under the Quick Editor Improver product.

Quick Edit would be referring to the AJAX inline editing, just as Quick Reply would be the AJAX inline posting. Their referred to as "Quick" because neither reloads the page. But no, their not the same, as their names suggest. One is Edit, having to do with the inline editor, and the other is Reply, having to do with posting.
