Positioning image using stylevar

Under COMMON > Body-Background I added a background image. I set "No Repeat" The image shows but it is to high and to the left. So I added "top center" to the Background Image Horizontal Offset now the image is nice and center but still to high. How do I lower it? I am assuming that an adjustment must be added to Background Image Vertical Offset But I have no idea what to put in it. Or does anyone have a better idea.

The easiest cheat would be to simply add some blank space to the top of the image file itself to push it down some. Don't know what's behind it, but you could just make that top part transparent.
