Go into
webmin -> servers -> postfix mail server
check the mail queue. if there are items in the queue, what does their status give.

Your not running postfix, depending on what all is installed on the server, if you installed virtualmin, then yes you would be running postfix.

tail -f /var/log/maillog

You can run that cmd via ssh cmd line or open the command window via webmin.

Run this cmd, appears your running a debian system, ubuntu i assume.

tail -f /var/log/email.err | grep "youremailhere"

In your admincp --> maintenance --> diagnostics
Send yourself a email to the address you put in the cmd above.

Post the results from the cmd.

Run this cmd as well and paste what it tells you:

hostname

No, that does not mean its fixed, that cmd will simply show the results of the file and if any error was present in the err file.

Please run this cmd and then send your self a email again thru the diagnostics screen, also paste the results here.

tail -f /var/log/email.log | grep "youremailhere"

Run this cmd as well:

Yes, according to that msg, it was sent from the server.

Please post the results from the other cmd as well (hostname)

Ok, do you have a email that does not get email from your site?

If so, run the tail cmd again, but input the other email instead of yours & then send a test email thru the diagnostics screen.

Your best bet would be to install "virtualmin", this would be more an article based post to teach you how to add a user with email to your system.

Ok mate thanks for the help:up:

Well its late and am off to bed i got this far than a error ;/

The status of your system is being checked to ensure that all enabled features are available, that the mail server is properly configured, and that quotas are active ..

BIND DNS server is installed, and the system is configured to use it.

Mail server Sendmail is installed and configured.

Suexec is enabled in the default template, but the Apache module mod_suexec is not installed or not enabled.

.. your system is not ready for use by Virtualmin.

Unfortunately, this would again be a article based response if you didnt actually have suexec installed on the server.

Did you edit and check httpd.conf and see if suexec is there but commented # out?

Try one of these cmd's and see if that module is actually loaded.
apache2 -l
apache -l
httpd -l
