How to add bullets to quick editor?

Is there a way to add the bullets (and maybe even the numbered list) option to the quick editor? I seem to use a lot of bullets, and I hate having to always click extra times to get into the advanced editor.

I've looked around, but I'm not seeing anything. Thanks.
