Video off my server?

How do I embed video off my server and not link to the Tuber sites out there? I'm a total noob when it come to this, so I really hope this is not a stupid question...

I'll second the question, as I was just poking around looking for an answer.

We have some vids that are only available to paid members, and so YouTube, etc, aren't a good option. I'd rather host them myself.
