Edit how posts are displayed?

Where can I edit how the posts are displayed, IE, the background of the userbit, and borders around them. I'd also like to fix the width and add a background to the area where the avatar and username are displayed etc.

Where do I edit those things?

For vB3, you probably just want to edit the template itself - either the postbit (user info on the top) or the postbit_legacy (user info is on the left).
