Where to download a language pack?

Our forum should be in German. The vBulletin 4 help and manual tell me to download a language pack from the .com or .org forum but I don't find any downloads.

Wherefrom can I download language files?

At vbulletin.com are only vB3 downloads for languages. Does the vB3 German language pack work for vB4 also? The manual states that it is not a very good idea to use a language pack from another version.

There are not just vB3 language packs over there - I know some users who have submitted some for vb4. I don't know which languages are currently available though since I rarely venture into that forum. You should ask your questions over there.

Ok, finally I found the vB4 German language pack in the German forum, didn't even know that it exists.

Sorry to ask for things that may be obvious, but this is my second vBulletin installation after an English version and I am not used to this multiforum system. For questions it is clear but for downloads I land on .com sooner or later, but have to start at different locations. Maybe this is not necessary but I don't find otherwise what I need.
