View Full Version : Custom User Post styling via CSS/Javascript

This may not be so much of a request, but more of a point-me-in-the-right-direction sort of thing.

What I'm looking for is a modification that allows administrators to modify post styling for each individual user (or usergroup). These changes would include things like custom background images/colours on posts or background colour change upon hover etc. Im looking for one that does not give the user the option to change said features for themselves, but are changeable for anyone by the admin.

If anyone knows where I could find such a mod, I'd be greatly appriciative!

That's different from what the poster wants. He wants the post reply/edit to be a different color. Yes bbcodes can accomplish this but I think the poster want's it by default.

Thanks for the replies first off.

I'm not sure though if I was being clear enough in my original post. What I wanted was custom backgrounds on posts that everyone can see, but is only displayed in certain usergroups. An example of this can be found here:

You can see that a user has a pink background on their posts with a little signature image almost in the right hand corner (the post text will overlay this if the post was larger).
