its because your forum is supposed to be forumsteel.com/ not forumsteel.com\

You're manually adding that \ when it should be a /. I had no issues on your site.

Go to http://www.forumsteel.com/admincp/options.php?do=options&dogroup=address and change the forum URL.

Also, if you upgraded from a previous version of vBulletin, revert your style for that to default.

You would revert the FORUMHOME because thats the only place its happening.
