HUGE attachments

Just wondering if there's a way to make it so attachments like 1000x1000px images get resized down to say 400 pixels max...

I changed attachments options so every image type can only max at 400x400 but it still seems like people can get around it..

I use this hack BBR - Resize Images with lytebox v3.22 (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=230411) to look after all that ;)
