I'm in new server now but i have problem with letter cant read this letter ( ? ) see photo belowe , how can i fix :?

The problem happened from the moving of servers. It will not affect new posts, but there's nothing you can do about the old ones, other then editing them manually.

I've moved servers three times as well, and it's only happened to me once. I didn't say it happened every time you move. I said that's when it happens. There's a difference.

today when i try to edit username i get db error
