Hello,

I am running the default blue theme of VB.

I would like to change the background of the notices box that shows in the top under the navbar.

It would be nice to be able to center the text as well.

How can I do that?

In the navbar_noticbit you can change everything in there to customize it. Took about 15 minutes to find but i found it :)
