Quick quote and nick in quick reply VB4

Does anyone know if this has been done for VB4 yet. It beggers belief that Jelsoft have persisted with the dire multi-quote for so long, but has neglected this wonderfully quick, simple and highly used feature from it's list of standard features.

The last known working version I can find is this one for 3.8.4 at

Any clues to a new version would be highly appreciated.
