/buttons/trans_40b.png issue

Does anyone else have an issue with /buttons/trans_40b.png when they download it? I get a white box when I go to check the image. Have made many changes on a lot of other buttons which worked fine.

i download a trans_40b.png button and uploaded it to the buttons folder
