How to reset user passwords

Help please, since the upgrade to 4.0.1 I have users you are trying to login but get locked out because of to many failed attempts. I would like to reset their password but can not find anyway to do this.

i want to change the forum to vb and have to enter the guys manualy because impex doesnt work ^^
