I will love to have a home page for my forum like this one http://www.politicalgroove.com/content.php

But i dont know where to start or what i have to do

So i'll appreciate any help from you guys. Thanks

Its part of the vB4 Suite, the CMS.
You need to upgrade from forum to suite, you get CMS and Blog.
