Subscriptions Not Working

Members have stopped receiving email subscriptions for our vbulletin forum when we moved to a new server recently. Subscribed thread emails, PM emails, etc. are no longer working.

I tried using a yahoo address for the admin at first, and then changed it to our server email, and neither work.

Any thoughts?

AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Email Test

Your gonna need to check the server logs for the email program.

It appears your server runs whm, so check exim_mainlog for issues.

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

Also check with your host to see if they're still allowing emails from your domain. Always use your own domain name for the admin address, and not the free email accounts.
