[Error] VB installed shows up as blank

Hey there,

I jsut installed a fresh install of Vbulletin today - I made it all the way through the install procedure and removed install.php as it told me too. However after that when I tried to load up the site it wouldn't show up, so I tried the admin panel and it wouldn't show up either. I've tried re-installing to see if this was the cause but so far no luck!

Anyone got any ideas?

Make sure your FTP uploaded the files in the correct format. Most FTP do it automatically, but it can be set wrong, or some text editors with built in FTP can mosh the files. All files must upload in ASCII mode and all images must be uploaded in Binary mode.
