There is no method to do this in standard vb.

Is there a way to communicate something to all the members other than Notices and Announces?, looks like enough but some people won't bother to look at least there's something flashing in front of their eyes. Yeah I know.... I think the same.

I saw that there is a 3.X mod but what about VB 4.0 ? How can I do so ?
