Change Ad location in the Ad manager

Hello,

One of our criteria for purchasing vBulletin is more flexibility in the ad manager. For example, we would like to be able to specify our own ad location and dimensions for the advertisements.

Could we use the ads from the archive page ( the square one ) on another page? And is it possible to add a new page to the ad manager for placing ads? Or even in a CMS widget?

Note: this is about version 4.0
