I'd like to insert the terms from my user terms of service into the registration agreement box - but can't find the file to modify to make that happen. I've tried reading through the entire register.php file to find where it's referenced, but can't seem to find the file.

Can someone help me?

Its not a file it is a template.

Thank you - so I'd go into the template manager? Then where would I look for that particular template?

Copy some of the text and search in templates.

Unfortunately, the text "Registration to this forum is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below" does NOT appear ANYWHERE IN PLAIN LANGUAGE in any of the styles.
I'm a complete beginner (which I freely admit), and when I go into the "Search Templates", select the style I'm trying to fix, then paste the above text, the following happens:

1. It takes me to the style manager options - and asks me to select which style I want to modify.
2. Then it shows me the template "header - header include - footer" - NONE of which has any of those words in the html boxes.

Where can I find those words IN PLAIN LANGUAGE, so I can modify them?

EDIT: I think I'm on to something, just by not using search, I came across the forum rules, and this bit of code:

<vb:comment> regular forum rules </vb:comment>
{vb:rawphrase forum_rules_registration, {vb:raw vboptions.forumhome}, {vb:raw session.sessionurl_q}}
{vb:rawphrase forum_rules_description, {vb:raw vboptions.bbtitle}}
<vb:comment> regular forum rules </vb:comment>
</div>

Now - I'm still a complete beginner - so where in this snippet of code do I find the file which contains the actual text?
