Increase font size in Quick Reply

Some of my older forum members are complaining that the font size is difficult for them to read when they use the Quick Reply box on a thread. Does anyone know if there's a way I could make that font bigger?

Well, you can post here, but I don't know the answer off the top of my head, but I do know that there is that thread about about this issue.
