"Thread Subscription" - EVERYONE IS BANNED!!!

Ok.. this is the WEIRDEST thing...

Over the last couple of days members have been reporting that they can not subscribe to threads.. getting and error message.. So I attempted to "Subscribe to this thread"... And this is the message I get...

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never


I have no idea why this is happening.... no one can subscribe to threads now.. :(

did you check your admincp dashboard for permissions?

You mean under VBulletin Options>

Yes... but I can't find ANYTHING in there about Thread Subscriptions other then under the "VBulletin Options>User Registration Options"...

If there is an option I have missed for this setting please let me know.. cause I cant seem to find it anywhere..

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

How many people are listed under Banned Usergroup in your Usergroup Manager?
