How do I add some text under Attachments?

Underneath the attachments, I want to add some text. something like "Please scan these files before opening them"

so it will have:


Attached Files
* attachment 1 (208.3 KB, 75 views)
* attachment 2 (208.3 KB, 75 views)
Please scan these files before opening them


All within the rectangle.

I just need to know which template or phrase and where about in it I need to edit. Thanks.

Postbit template was the one.
