How to hide unuseful posts?

In a thread it uses to be many "me too" posts. Posts that are unuseful. How can I let my users vote and hide that trash-kind posts automatically?

why not just adjust the minimum character post settings ? This way if the post is under a certain number of letters than they cant post it. Or just have a mod delete the posts right away?

Thank you for answering. Well, it is not just a me-too thing. There are many messages with lots of words that say nothing.
I have seen somewhere this kind of mod. Users can vote to a post as useful or unuseful and those unuseful can be collapsed (or something like that).
