I had the same issue!

It spins forever and you cannot do a "quick edit" on the post. You need to double click to fully edit.

Uninstalled until fixed.

Fresh install on 4.0.6, works great.

You really should update the first post to say it works on the vbblogs, just about did not install this because of this but scanned the posts and saw that it was mentioned that it works with the blogs.

vBulletin is going to change the old editor so why I update the Mod with the current editor, I'll update it with the next new CKEditor.

Let me explain it more :

when vaultwiki start editing your vbulletin editor, It's edit on the default vBulletin editor templates like "Editor toolbar on ... etc" but my mod create a new template "MARCO1_Full_quickreply" and replace the default vBulletin editor templates with the new template created by me, So that's why it seems to be broken because you don't understand the idea of the problem.

Works for me with VBSEO , however i am experiencing members that are using the Quick reply when this mod is installed are posting double. Ive had to remove it because the members are getting annoyed with all the double posts. Anyone know of an alternative ?

It would be cool to add an option to enable or disable the main "Reply" button for Quick edit. When I install the mod, than the Reply button always goes to quick edit.

Users then have troubles uploading attachments. And you have to press two buttons if you want to upload attachment (or the other additional options which are only available on newreply.php.

Although I wanted to have some additional buttons at the editor I hat do disable it again.

i found that Marco's hack doesn't break post editing but only breaks downloadsII when quick reply is enabled. So i downloaded the below app (which doesnt support edit) and simply disabled quick reply and enabled quick editing on MARCO's addon.

I have currently disabled the standard quick reply because I have installed your HIDE mod and most users were confused that the hidden content was not shown after they replied using the quick reply - now seeing this mod, a little hope raises that this mod is adjustable so it takes in consiferation the HIDE mod ? When using this mod, when we do a quick reply the images are broken. when i refresh the images are displayed correctly.

they are calling for:

when it should be:

PS. I know that you have probably "retired" this edition for vB <4.1.4 but TBH, I and many others, will not move to 4.1.x+ until stable 4.2.0, and maybe even not then! (So many edits to make in templates and custom bbcode etc, might just stick with 4.0.8)

So a 4.6 version of your mod for vb 4.0.x edition with attachment button would be wonderful!

This happened to me as well after upgrading to 4.1.6. All the buttons are vertical.

I then removed it and installed the 4.1.4 version and it seemed to work. However, I have two issues:

1. If I refresh the page while looking at the Quick Reply box it seems to flash background code or something for a brief second then it looks OK.

2. I had previously placed an ad code at the bottom of the one template but now there is only one template in the 4.1.4 version and it won't display the ad image even after re-inserting the code (it actually saved the code in the one template but I re-copied from the ad provider and re-saved the template -- still didn't work).

Any ideas?
