My forum was 4 months old, with 7000 members, a torrent tracker site.

Please if anyone can help me, please let me know it, i am in very urgent situation now.

No backup is left now, and i don't know what to do now..

Try disabling all hooks via config.php...
Contact your host for a backup.

Naan, I spoke with your friend via Messenger... he said barely any tables left, no backups and host has no backups.

Windows 2003 Server, part of error here:

MySQL Error : Table 'admin_moviejockey.datastore' doesn't exist
Error Number : 1146

So if there are not many tables left at all as the hacker dropped most of them then I would listed to your friend and reload the entire server, secure the hello out of it and next time... run backups at least once a week, download a copy to your hard drive and remember to generate mailing lists too and save locally to your computer, if you had at least doen the mailing list w/o a backup you could have possibly got some member to come back and register via email.

Remember everyone, security is #1, Backups #2, and contact info #3 ;) (IMO!!!!)
