reputation comments

Is there any way for the Mods or Super Mods / Admins to read comments posted on registered or subscriber user accounts?

IE something like the (read PM's) mod?

I have several users who say there getting nasty reputation comments, and I want my staff able to read these.

Is there also a way to set all users rep comments to moderation by staff before they are posted?
