Skin loading in google chrome, firefox, but not internet explorer

My forum is loading completley in google chrome, firefox, but only the banner and an ad banner load in internet explorer. Does anyone know the problem?

Run your site through the Validator and start with the uppermost errors first and work your way down. Errors tend to cascade, so fixing one high up in the HTML can correct more on the way down. Likely, you have some bad code somewhere.

Iv'e been going through it but it still isn't working..is there anyone with a stronger ability than my self to help me?

I changed it to a temporary skin so people can view/log in
