database.sql dont work, Any way to import?

Hey guys

My forum went down, i think ppl were injecting stuff into my sql. kept messing up.

i have my backed up SQL but when i use that the forum wont load, code 500 error.

ive started fresh, is there any way i can import all threads post and users. thats all i require.


any help would be really realy aprichated guys, ty

Try downloading your db in gzip format then re-import it via phpmyadmin.

If it times out or takes too long use http://www.mysqldumper.net

i can upload it fine, just that i get page error when i try access forum.
