Hello. I accidentally includes/config.php and I have no backup for the file. When uploading a copy of config.php from a new install with all correct data, my forum homepage will not load and I receive the error from my browser: 'Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.'
What can I do? Thanks!

Did you delete more than just the config.php file - like an htaccess file also?

No, I think I just deleted config.php and now I have replaced it with a fresh config.php but I am getting the error as above.

If you *only* deleted that file and you have uploaded a new one that has all the correct info in it, you should not be getting that error. *Something* is doing a redirect and usually that is an htaccess file.

There is no .htaccess in the clean zip of vBulletin or on the server? Therefore I doubt that I am missing a .htaccess file.
Edit: vBulletin is trying to re-direct me to install/install.php, how could I disable this?

It should not be doing that and I have no idea why it is. You should put in a support ticket regarding the issue.
