how to banned ip ranges

can you teach me on how to ban members ip add?and how to ban members in a specific forum..like i wann ban him on movie section but he could still browse and post on some section..thanks

To ban ip address you go to admincp/vb options/User Banning options.

About the forums. You could make the forum a subsricbe forum and just exclude a user group from using it. You would have to move people around though.
