please help me - restoring problems

i backup my database, uploaded/restored to a new host

i uploaded the site files and everything, everything is working

but when i go to the site, there's no thread, no users, just the site itself

im getting this code problem

the domain of it was vietdownloads, but i cant change it yet until the dns is clear,

What version of php do you have on the new server? If it's php5.3, then there is a report in the bug tracker that should help you.
