How to add banner here?

i need to put banners in this spot but i havent been able to figure it out its driving me nuts..
ive looked and installed most of the banner adds and nothing. it just wont show, i need rotating banners

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Your Style > Ad Location Templates

Select either one you want. [header?] Then insert your ad code.

No, I dont want it under navbar or header, I want it just on top of one perticular forum or category. Example, I have a photo and video section. One forum is for threads related to videos, under that is for photo discussion and posting. So it would need to (in my case) go only above forum display #21

Based on your screenshot one of the Header ad location templates go off to the right.

If you want it to show in just a few forums use IF CONDITION. ??
