quickreplay and Blog color question !

i want to make some changes in forum and blog ... but i don't know where can i find this options in style ver :
this is my quickreplay screen shot , as you see icons have not a good arrange .. how can i fix it ?

and this is my post screen shot , how can i separate post title from post text ?

and at last ... i want to change some parts ( that you can see in screen shot ) colors in Blog ... i couldn't find this options in style ver :

did you modifed the quickreply template recently? try to revert it to default.
