How do i use that nice "vb4 popup" ? maybe css?

Working on a conditional, where if a usergroup clicks a botton and they are excluded
from using that feature but still see the botton as a teaser, when clicked i want
the popup to appear.

And i was thinking a nice looking popup that blur's surroundings just like
when clicing attachments in vb4 boards.

Just a random post i found with a image attachment in it.

Notice when you click the image, the popupappears..
looks alot like a css thingy :D

I want to create something similar on a link.
and rather not use java for it. dosent have to appear like that one
maybe similar.

Its lightbox and it works for images. You can make the alert an image.

damn wouldnt work, the alert is a var, with phrases so it might change.. tx though.
