Problem on my forum.. real must help

It only loading an hour after some minutees that i found in my forum, and dont enter to my forum, and i need to close the browser and enter to my forum again.

It loads slow thats it. Might want to tweak some settings.

yea it load slow.. and I resolve this proble.. The Live Mod did it.. I delete him... Thank you.
