This should allow teams to:
Register (manage a DB of team members), include a roster up to 20 members
Post and maintain a searchable DB of Tournaments
Join the tournament and leave the tournament based on locations and age groups
Post results to those tournaments
Etc..

The above is the basis for this request I'd like a Mod that mimics (updated though) this format.
