IE6 detector to upgrade

I think that's important to put a IE6 detector and a redirect link to upgrade to IE8 or firefox or ...

A lot of ppl use IE6 and that's not compatible with VB!

I'd like this too please. Or even a simple plugin to put a notice at the top of the forum for those detected using IE6.
