Moderated Posts?

I have NO clicked on all my moderation options for my forums but for some reason all posts still get tagged MODERATED and you can't see that there is a reply.

Only admin posts are not moderated. What am I missing, I have never had a problem like this before.

I figured it out, was the "follow moderation" rule setting in the usergroup options.

This is a nightmare. I have follow moderation set to "yes" because it says that if "no" all posts will be in moderation queue. What IS the correct setting? I got one user that keeps hitting the post moderation warning and SHOULD NOT be.
