Looking for a 'Private Vote' MOD?

Hey,
I am looking for a private vote MOD or something along the lines of...
Basically you have a question like:
'Who do you nominate forum user of the month?'
They enter the name in the box and click vote...

Then that goes into a private forum for admins to see...

Is there anything like this out there?
