my visitor message block is showing after Recent Visitors

how can i move it up after message box

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

in my default vb style its working fine but in my new vb style with no parent style its showing me like above screenshots

Then you have changed something in your style which is causing the issue. View the css used for that part of the area in firebug in both the default and your style and see what the differences are. Most likely no one is going to be able to just look at your picture and tell you exactly what is wrong. You are going to have to figure out what you did yourself.
